We were referred to Tim Wright at Langcroft Consultancy by an MRP vendor that realised our bespoke requirements were challenging to fulfil. We were pleased to hear that Tim was acting independently of any vendors and had no bias towards MRP products on the market.  He began with a thorough discovery and scoping exercise, taking the time to properly understand our operations by meeting on-site with key stakeholders of each department. Then mapping our current processes in detail, identifying inefficiencies and pain points with clarity. His ability to ask the right questions, listen carefully and translate that into structured documentation was excellent throughout.
