Company contacted Langcroft Consultancy to ask about our ERP selection service.
The Company were using legacy accounts and ERP systems, with manual timesheets and spreadsheets to fill the ‘data visibility’ gaps.
To upgrade their legacy systems would have been too disruptive, expensive and not provided them the workflows they wanted to achieve.
They commissioned Langcroft to undertake a process discovery and scoping review. This helped understand the problem areas and provided a list of key features required for a new ERP system.
